You cannot modify your system if your bootloader is locked. Note that this will trip Samsung’s KNOX security counter, permanently disabling Samsung Pay and Secure Folder.
Select Wipe -> Advanced Wipe and select Dalvik/ART Cache, System, Data, and Cache. Do not wipe Internal Storage if your ROM is there. a20 custom rom
