Scan the .mcaddon file with Windows Defender or VirusTotal. Also, check the file size – a legitimate animation pack is between 2-10 MB. Anything larger (e.g., 50 MB) might contain a payload. When in doubt, delete it and use one of the trusted alternatives above.
