Once the software says "Done," disconnect the iPhone. It will reboot. You will see the "Hello" screen. Slide to set up. When asked for an Apple ID, do not enter the locked one. Instead, select "Forgot password or don’t have an Apple ID?" or simply skip and sign in later with your own ID.
