The story follows a young, urban couple, Meera (Anushka Sharma) and Arjun (Neil Bhoopalam), who live in the bustling city of Gurgaon. After Meera is attacked late one night on the city streets, Arjun plans a road trip to a secluded resort for her birthday to help her recover from the trauma. Their journey takes them along National Highway 10, stretching from Delhi to Fazilka in Punjab.
