Tholi Prema (which translates to "First Love") follows the journey of Aditya (Varun Tej) and Varsha (Raashii Khanna). The story tracks their accidental meeting on a train, their college romance, a painful breakup caused by ego clashes, and their eventual reunion in the corporate world years later.
