1984-2005 -320 Kbps-: Los Prisioneros - Discografia
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Los Prisioneros continued to produce music, releasing (1999) and "La quinta temporada" (2001). Although the band members had begun to pursue solo projects, their output during this period remained consistent with their earlier work.
This album is unique for being the only one to feature songs written by all three original members. The band recorded 14 songs under pressure, capturing a moment of intense political eagerness before the 1988 plebiscite. This political boldness got them censored and largely banned from state-run radio and TV. The album includes "We are Sudamerican Rockers," a song written for the Latin American market that went on to define the band's regional identity. Los Prisioneros - Discografia 1984-2005 -320 Kbps-
