The story begins a few years before the events of Hundred Heroes in the small, earthquake-devastated town of New Nevaeh. You play as CJ, a young and ambitious treasure hunter, who arrives in the town seeking fortune in the newly discovered Runebarrows—ancient ruins filled with magical lenses and relics.
